Return & Refund Policy

We want every customer to shop with confidence. To protect product quality and ensure fair service, the following rules apply to all purchases:


1️⃣ Eligibility & Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • In its original packaging

  • Including all tags and proof of purchase/receipt

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package
    (Items must be shipped to the designated seller address provided by our team.)

2️⃣ Non-Returnable & Final-Sale Items

Some products are final-sale and cannot be returned or refunded once delivered. These items will be clearly marked on the product page before checkout.

Also not accepted: 

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom/personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty/cosmetic goods)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.


3️⃣ Conditions for Refusal

Returns will not be approved if:

  • The item shows signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery

  • Packaging, tags, or required accessories are missing

  • The customer ships the item without approval

If a product is used or damaged by the customer, no refund or exchange will be provided.


4️⃣ Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Not as described

  • Wrong item delivered

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.
After verification, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, depending on availability

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us right away so we can resolve the issue quickly.


5️⃣ Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, the order becomes final-sale.


6️⃣ Exchanges

If you want a different item, the fastest way is:

  1. Complete a return request for the item you have

  2. Once accepted, place a new order separately


7️⃣ Refund Processing

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
