ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Weekends and holidays are not counted as processing days.

If there is a delay due to high order volume, we will notify you by email.
SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and product type.
Average delivery timeframe:

Canada & USA: 6–14 business days

International: 10–20 business days
Delivery dates are estimates — not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order is shipped.

It may take 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If a tracking status shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, you must contact your local carrier first — they are responsible once delivery is confirmed.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, charged by your country’s authorities.
These fees are not included in product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for:

Packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect input

Lost shipments caused by address errors
If the package is returned due to incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once handed to the carrier, the responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for:

Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

Packages stolen after delivery

Damage caused after delivery
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof, and we will resolve the issue according to our Refund & Return Policy.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately from different locations to speed up delivery.
You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, it becomes final and cannot be canceled.
REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Packages refused or not claimed from the carrier/courier will not be eligible for refunds unless the item is returned to us in original condition.
Return shipping fees will be deducted from any applicable refund.
